2012 macbook pro running slow

Hi, my 2012 macbook pro is running painfully slow from startup and has been doing so for a couple months now. I'm not very tech savvy and ran the suggested Etrecheck (results pasted below). Any suggestions/fixes would be greatly appreciated.
