can't make iPhone 6 backup - error

Hello everyones, i need your help.

I trying to do iPhone 6 backup to external hard drive, but alway at the end ( maybe last 10%) computer shutdown with errors.

I think maybe have some problem with OS, then i just finished reinstalling system but still shutdown during backup process.
