I have an iPhone X, a Series 3 Apple Watch, and LG Tone wireless headphones. Lately when i’m listening to music, the volume will just sporadically move up and down a few notches which of course causes the beeping. I’m not looking at my phone or even touching it when it does this. It usually just hanging out in my pocket. It’s incredibly annoying and I’m trying to find a way to make it stop!
I think the issue is with your headphones. There may be an issue with the volume buttons on the LG headphones. Possibly they are getting pressed inadvertently while you listen to music. I think it is this and not your phone/watch because the only cause of a beep when changing the volume is when the volume is changed using the volume buttons on the headphones.
Changing the volume on the phone or watch will not cause any beeps.
