Sporadic volume change

I have an iPhone X, a Series 3 Apple Watch, and LG Tone wireless headphones. Lately when i’m listening to music, the volume will just sporadically move up and down a few notches which of course causes the beeping. I’m not looking at my phone or even touching it when it does this. It usually just hanging out in my pocket. It’s incredibly annoying and I’m trying to find a way to make it stop!

Worst thing is this bug is present in iPhone from many years and yet Apple is unable to resolve it. It’s very hard to reach apple customer care on top of that. While Apple Watch charging, iPhone disconnects connectivity to Beats Flex ear buds intermittently While Apple Watch SE is charging, iPhone 11 Pro Max disconnects connectivity to Beats Flex ear buds intermittently. All of the sudden, music switches to the iPhone speaker. Once its done charging and back on wrist, the issue generally resolves itself. Is there a settings change to use while charging to avoid it?

Powerbeats Pro loses sound when adjusting volume on my Apple Watch I just bought the Powerbeats Pro to use it with my Apple Watch for running. Unfortunately it loses sound when I try and adjust the volume on the headphones when connected with my Apple Watch. Any idea what the issue is .. is this because my iPhone is in proximity and Powerbeats connects automatically with it? How do I manage this issue, I need the Powerbeats to work independently with my Apple Watch
