Question: Apple TV 4K 64GB - spotty internet connection

Purchased on March 1, 2018 from Best Buy.

1. It fails to start up or loses internet connection frequently. I NEVER ONCE had this problem with my 3rd generation Apple TV.

WHAT'S WITH THIS ONE?


It is not complicated. You plug the thing in; you update your Apple ID account info. You tap the app needed. K, the remote is terrible but you learn to live with that but the box seems faulty.


2. Ever so often an iconic message appears in top right of my TV screen,

"Remote connected",

which reassuring as it may be, it is another discomfort


I have had absolutely no internet connection issues except during a major weather issue some years ago.
