App photos keep crashing when trying to send several files on airdrop at once

My iPhone 6 App Photos crashed when i tried to "back up" my photos sending it to my MacBook Air via AirDrop. If i try to send it at one hundred at time its OK. But when i tried with five hundreds, it crashed. Not once, but several times. Anyone with the same bug?

AirDrop is not really intended for sending hundreds of files at once. It's not meant to be used as a backup mechanism.

No, it's not a bug if you use something in a way it was not intended to be used and it doesn't work.

If you send those five hundred pictures one at a time of AirDrop, I'm sure it will work just fine. If you send them five at at time, it will work. When you overload the mechanism by trying to send five hundred at once, it doesn't work. Would it be a good idea if Apple prevented you from selecting that many? Probably. Guess that placing a limit would be a better option. Because if i can select 100, 200, 1,000 or 5,000 photos at once and the airdrop is still there, ready for me, it was supposed to work. As i know the iOS, it does not crash like this on a native app. A limit would prevent crash, but working as it was designed for, independent of how many files (i understand that it would take several minutes, or even hours) would be Apple Standard way.
