Help with counting discounts
Hi, I am new to numbers and cannot figure out how to calculate two discounts one after the other - X -Y%-Z%.
Here's what I would use in Excel:
X*(100%-Y%)*(100%-Z%)
MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2012)
Pretty much the same formula.
Y2 and Z2 each contain 0.10, entered as "10%" (withot the quotes).
The percentage values may be entered directly, or may be entered as decimal hundredths ( "0.10" )and the cells formatted to display that as a percentage.
