Wireless won't connect to Certain Sites

I have been using the same AirPort Express since 2009 and never had many problems. I recently moved to a new city and upgraded to a refurbished iMac. Yesterday I was having a lot of the issues connecting to one particular site, my hosting company Dreamhost.com. Although I can see other pages within their marketing site, I am unable to sign into their products or use FTP to connect.

I've talked to Dreamhost techs and did a bunch of troubleshooting on their end as well as the regular restarting, empty cache, data, etc.

I talked to a tech from my ISP, and they troubleshot my DNS, and I restarted both my computer and reset my modem and airport.

This morning I found this link and updated my Airport firmware.

I'm still having problems with signing into my Hosting so I'm hoping someone here would be able to help me solve this as I'm at wit's end.

I get this message from chrome:

This site can’t be reached

panel.dreamhost.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
