New Table Style is not saving attributes.

I created a table and set my headers with the colors and font. I go to table styles and click the plus button while I have my table selected. Then I try to apply that style to a new table and it is just a generic white table with no heads or color. What am I doing wrong?

Hi digidesigner,

I created a table and set my headers with the colors and font.

To help us help you, some before and after shots will show us what you see:

  • Please post a screen shot of the table that you created and saved as a new style.
  • Please post a screen shot of the new table to which you applied the new style.
  • What attributes are you trying to save as a new style?

I did some testing, and a style does not save every attribute.

Table 1 has a Header Row, a Footer Row and a Header Column and is the style I saved.

Table 2 is an new table set to that style.

(I typed the entries in Table 2).

Edit: I am thinking that if you want a copy with all attributes saved, Menu > File > Save as Template for future use.
