How do i enable taptickeyboard?

I was using this feature few days ago but now it suddenly stopped working . My iPhone is updated to the latest iOS version. How do i get this feature back

What feature are you talking about exactly?

Sounds when typing a key? Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Keyboard Clicks = "On"
Some accessibility requirement? Settings > General > Accessibility ...
Something else?
