Question: Password for iCloud

I'm trying to find my password for iCloud.

I get to a stage where I have the choice to Request Recovery which says could take days.

Or Learn More to reset password immediately.

I click on that and I get a message saying there is no Application to open URL Apple_URL

What does this mean? What application do I need?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support - https://support.apple.com/HT201487

Are you still running Lion as your profile indicates? I wonder if your browser version may not support some of the features Apple's web pages require. If I am correct you may want to try updating your browser or use a different one.
