I'm trying to find my password for iCloud.
I get to a stage where I have the choice to Request Recovery which says could take days.
Or Learn More to reset password immediately.
I click on that and I get a message saying there is no Application to open URL Apple_URL
What does this mean? What application do I need?

Are you still running Lion as your profile indicates? I wonder if your browser version may not support some of the features Apple's web pages require. If I am correct you may want to try updating your browser or use a different one.

I have the latest HighSeirra 10.13.3
I looked at my profile but could not see where lion comes from to change.
Profile update - Click on your avatar at the top left of the page where sign out is. When the window opens, select View Profile, and edit My Products. Helps those who are trying to help you.
