access to icloud data for old (changed) apple id

Hello,

I had to change my Apple ID (email) and needed to sign out of iCloud to change, too. Looks like this removed all my notes from the notes app of my iPad. I cannot log into iCloud with the old email address anymore and cannot change back to the old address either (says it's in use). Is there any chance I can get access to this data? I got an iCloud
