logic display different on new computer

I recently got a new computer and when I downloaded logic I noticed the display was different. The mute and solo icons were no long "M" and "S" and some other things were different. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks!

Why does my application only say Logic Pro and not Logic Pro x (in the top left when it's open) Sorry for the noobie question, but I just got Logic Pro for the first time. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos of people using Logic and their applications/programs always say "Logic Pro X" in the top left of the screen. Mine only says "Logic Pro." Is there a difference? some logic meter display, but Logic not playing. Yo! Imac2014 and Logic 10 .4 .6, i have meter view lecture, but logic is not playing, I've had that problem a few time ,sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not.What could cause this to happen?
