i cant hear calls on iphone x

Got my phone yesterday and everything was working fine . I was able to make and receive calls. Now when someone calls i cannot hear them but they can hear me. I’ve tried resetting, restoring, even tried my air pods and car audio and nothing works. I can hear audio fine on FT and while listening to music
