Macbook wired sound.

Hi guys I have MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 model. today I opened my Mac as usual and when I turn it to the left and right, top left and right side had sound, it was like something is moving inside. have anyone experienced same? and if someone does, please tell me what it is.
