iPhone 6 plus

I just purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 plus from a reputable company.

I love it.

But....I can't find how to increase the incoming voice volume. I can't hear my caller unless I put it on speaker. Then I can hear them ok, but even with volume (on side buttons) turned up all the way, incoming voices do not hardly sound.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.2.6

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support

Take it back to where you got it if you're unable to increase the volume to a usable level. If it was 'refurbished' by a 3rd party, it's unlikely Apple will service it.
