How to remove "What's new in Photos" Page

Each time I start Photos on my iMac I get a "What's new in Photos" page. How can I remove it?

Photos does not have delete option I am clearing all my duplicated photos recently from Photos. But there is a problem that when i right click on the photo, the menu does not have delete option anymore. I do know what is wrong. It never happens before. I have Mac 10.15.3, Photos 5.0 (131.17.170)
