brand new iPhone X the 4g is slow and also the WiFi I also have another phone that is twice as fast as this brand new phone I don’t understand

Try the following steps in this order:
1) Press the Volume Up button
2) Press the Volume Down button
3) Press AND hold the power button
At this point, your phone will give you the option to “Slide to Shutdown”, but DO NOT do it. Just continue holding the power button, and after about ten seconds, your phone will shut off. Continue to hold the power button until the Apple logo appears, then release.
This will reboot your phone and should make your connection work faster. Let me know if this helps. Good luck!
