Restrict Apple ID

I work for a company and we have deployed around a hundred apple devices for managers to access information while away. We very recently went through and added them all to AirWatch and upgraded to either Sierra or High Sierra however we realized to late that the generic Apple ID we use for software and such is now giving us this stupid popup anytime a device it turned on for the first time.

It is saying that the apple ID is now being used on "X's MacBook/Phone" so now you're logged out of FaceTime and iMessage.

It's frustrating because no one is even opening either of those and they were never used. The laptops are used exclusively to RDP back to their workstation and that's it. We started disabling both on each device after we noticed but it's ridiculous to have to have every manager bring their device back in so we can turn that off. I called Apple Support and they said I can't simply block or opt out of those services on that individual ID.

I'm wondering if I change it to a child account would I be able to block those Apps?

If not would changing the password log them all out? I don't like this idea because then they won't get any updates.

Is there a corporate account we could make for the future that allows us more features?
