Data drops on iPhone X

I have had 3 iPhones and never experienced this issue of the data stream stopping until iPhone X. Nothing works, no internet connected APPs, no Siri, except I can still can make a voice call. Service will sometimes come back only to stop again. My iPhone 6 did not have this issue and I want it back! Note this is cellular data not WIFI problem, and it occurs on a long used daily bike route I have been using to stream radio and using Siri with most previous iPhones, The carrier ATT reports no service issues and said I had a bad iPhone X. I did get a new phone under my warranty but the same issues exist after many hours with Apple Care and ATT customer service.

Am I the only one with this problem???
