We would not know how Apple would answer since we are all other users here. However, if there have been 3 or more repair attempts for the same issue and it still does not work, I'd contact support and ask to speak to a second tier specialist and then ask what can be done to either fix or replace the unit.

Can I ask you what kind of Macbook you have and what kind of problem it has? I might know about the problem you have.

It's not uncommon for an Apple device to come in for the same repair multiple times. If there's a problem with the logic board, Apple would replace it with a logic board of the same type, with the same design fault, which will have the same problem. And usually the logic board isn't even new.
