I have two banking apps that have some password stored that is no longer allowing me to sign in. I have deleted the apps from my phone but cannot delete them from iCloud to allow me to install a completely clean app. Please tell me how the heck to delete the apps from iCloud!
I'm not sure I understand. If you delete the app it is off the device. If you go to add it back from the app store, the cloud icon indicates you've installed it in the past, and if you paid for it you will not need to pay for it again. But it doesn't install from the Cloud if you tap to install.
So the ‘download from iCloud’ icon does not actually mean the app will be downloaded from iCloud?
That is correct, it is just part of your purchase history, in case you spent any money on the application. So only the purchase history is saved in the cloud, not the applications.
