You are 100% sure on that, you've checked your past purchases on your account and/or checked to see if tax has recently been introduced for where you are ? The message that your balance doesn't cover the item's price due to needing to add on tax
Tax won't be listed in the store, it's added on at purchase. Do you need to add on tax for where you are ?
