two factor authentication upgrade available after...

I tried to enable Two factor authentication for my account, but not sure why i did get a message of saying *Upgrade available after March 25th.*

iPhone 8 Plus, Other OS

That doesn't sound as if it's related to two-factor authentication but something else.
