Am l the first user for this iphon or not
I bought this Iphon as new from three days and I’m suspecting that I’m not the first user , how can I make sure ?

Did you buy it from an authorized retailer? What makes you think it might have been used?
Because i noteset many scratches in the sides
Did your new phone come in a factory sealed box from Apple? Was their cellophane on the box you had to remove to open the box?
