It’s no longer possible to install that version. Open Settings, General, and Manage Storage, delete it, and check for updates again.
If that device is using a beta profile, remove it.

So I should delete it? But my phone says once deleted I cannot download it again?

Yes. You won’t be able to install it regardless of what iPhone model you have; the answer to ckuan’s question doesn’t matter.
