If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

if the link doesn't help then you need to conatct your phone carrier, that is their feature.

And this is a user to user technical forum, no Apple here, nor is it an Apple chate.

What is obvious to you is not the case. If it had to do with the update there would be millions of posts about it. But if you truly want to believe it is due to the update and you are not willing to do some basic troubleshooting then MMS will never work again. Which of these have you tried so far?

• Restart the phone
• Check for a carrier update (Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support)
• Call Verizon and verify that MMS is properly provisioned on your account
• While talking to Verizon, verify that they don't have a local network outage
• Verify that you have cellular data turned on, and turned on for Messages specifically
• Reset network settings

For that your iPhone must have SMS/MMS plans enabled by your provider properly.

Give them a call.

My phone sent pictures perfectly to android yesterday, service with Verizon. Phone updated to iOS 11.3 overnight, and now I cannot send photos to android users. This obviously has to do with the update, not the carrier. MMS worked prior to the update.

The update has a bug, obviously
