My iTunes won’t let me install apps

When I go to install and appt it gives me a pop up and it’s say verification required tap continue and sign in to view billing information.

Cant download anythings I can’t download any apps from my App Store. It keeps saying verification required, then I press continue and verify. But it doesn’t download. It just keeps popping up saying verification required. How do I fix so I can download apps again ?
