I would like to get a history if any activity on this phone. I am trying to get an upgrade but the serial numbers do not match. I need proof of any changes this phone may have
If you purchased the phone new, you are probably aware of any service performed on it. You can ask the Apple Store to reprint your receipts from the past if you have forgotten.
If the phone was purchased second-hand, the previous owner may be willing to have the Apple Store print the earlier service receipts for you.
Out of curiosity, what do you mean when you say "...the serial numbers do not match..."?
