I don’t like seeing my hidden purchases in the iTunes Store and want the songs Deleted, the ones I want i want to keep and the ones I don’t want to see just want them to get deleted so how do Hidden purchases get deleted and how do Hidden apps get deleted how do they go back in the iTunes Store and App Store if I don’t want them and some I do want???

My understanding is that iTunes & App Store purchases are forever tied to your Apple ID and cannot be deleted from your account. See:

You can delete the song or app on your device (see one of the links in the above article) but it will still be in your account incase you ever want to download it again (assuming I is still available in the store).
