Apple Pencil battery changeable?
Can the battery in the Apple Pencil be changed or must the pencil be replaced?

No, it cannot be replaced.
It is a very tiny, probably, custom, specialised Li-ion cell.
Not something you can purchase from Apple or “off-the-shelf”!
Even if you could to get to the internal compnents in an Apple Pencil, to do so means, basically, destroying the entire Apple Pencil to even get into its innards.
If your Apple Pencil and its Li-ion battery died, you need to purchase another $100 Apple Pencil.
