I am been having a problem since I upgraded to Mac OS High Sierra. The Option plus click does not work. Like if I Option Click on a photo it use to give me a menu on what to open with.

I wonder if it is possible that you are confusing 'option' with 'control'. Typically the "Open with" menu appears when you control-click.

do it on the text not the icon, its a change.
When I option click on the text I got it to work once and not again. It also did not give me the options that I got before. One of the option I got before was what app do you want to open this with?
