Email said from Apple and asked if I made listed charge. I checked NO.. Then asked for verification information, seemed reasonable. Filled in + SS# then asked for me Apple credit card. Don't have one. became suspicious, back tracked and erased everything. BUT??

Can you help me in determining the source of this transaction? I received an email from Apple Grand Arcade in Cambridge UK that shows another name but my email address that has seemingly purchased an iPad. No evidence of what card, if any was used but naturally called my major CC companies {not including Apple Pay because I do not believe I have ever agree to use that or even signed up for it} and they have verified this amount does not exist. IT IS BILLED TO JOHN TILLEY 310 WASHINGTON BLVD UNIT 804 MARINA DEL RAY, CA 90292 DOCUMENT NO 2659834041279 ORDER NO RTX2081T116 ON WHAT LOOKS OFFICIAL FROM APPLE BUT THE EMAIL WAS FROM o1cnh9291x@coxcoxcast.biz I DID NOT BUY ANY SUCH GAMES AND DO NOT WANT THESE GAMES ON MY ACCOUNT. NOW LOOKING AT THE EMAIL I AM SURE THEY GOT MY PASSWORD SINCE I TRIED TO GET INTO APPLE ACCOUNT AND DID USE MY PASSWORD AND USERNAME. WHEN I DID THAT IT WANTED MY BIRTHDATE AND SOCIAL SECURITY # WHICH I DID NOT GIVE AND KNEW THEN IT WAS BOGUS.
