Iphone 8plus not copying videos on PC and taking too much time to copy even small sized photos and videos

i have recently purchased a Iphone 8plus 64 gig, now whenever i connect it to my PC it easily gets connected but when i start copying my videos and pictures it takes way too much time to copy them and mainly it actually doesnt copy big videos to pc whereas at the same time my second phone i phone 6s plus is easily connected to the same PC and tranfers files quikly without any issues.kindly tell me how to fix this issue

iPhone X very slow sync + image/video transfer since upgrade to iOS 12 I used to have fast sync (iTunes) and photo/video transfer to my Macbook Pro via the Image Capture app, but since upgrading to iOS 12 the process has become impossible.Backing up to iTunes is taking hours (I'm still waiting), and transferring photos/video is an extremely slow process. Last night I was only able to transfer 20gb of photos and video off my phone in over 12 hours...I've tried resetting my phone, computer, and using different USB ports to no avail.Any suggestions? I want to be able to get my photos and videos off my phone!

copying videos from iphone 7+ to pc hi,, i am getting the following message when trying to copying my videos from iphone7+ to my PC. if you copy the first video it may work then the 2nd i get an error " a device connected to the system is not working" i restart the phone and again i copy one video, it works the 2nd video fail. it is the same for small video like 40mb or large like 250MB. knowing i used to copy videos before normally. as for photos it is getting copied without any pb. thanks for your help.
