Why i can’t update apps?

I have an iPhone 7 and i bought something with my card and after one week i couldn’t do anything. I can’t Download free apps or update the ones i have. It tells me to write the corect data FOR card but it’s all correct. What should i do?

The chances are it is not correct for some reason. Go to Contact Support and by going through the options you will be able to make a one to one phone contact.
