How can i reset or remove my passcode without using computers?

If you've forgotten the passcode to your device, or it is disabled, you must sync with iTunes on a computer you've previously synced with, or you must use iTunes on a computer to restore to factory settings. If you personally do not have access to a computer with iTunes, I can recommend borrowing one from a friend or family member (this will not affect their iTunes library), or you may be able to stop into an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance as well.
