iPhone 8+ and 2018 Nissan Armada

There is an intermintant Static noise when I make calls and when people call me. I can't hear it on my end but everyone else does. My husband's Samsung works normal. The Nissan dealer confirmed that the Radio is up to date and working normally. This is very annoying. It can take up to 3 tries to get a clear call.
