You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself. However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are discretionary, not a right.
On your APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’. Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.

It doesn't matter on which site it was done. And yes, if you follow the instructions I gave, you can start the process now. Once agreed, Apple usually start the repayment immediately but depending on the means of payment, the repayment can be delayed a few days. That is because card issuers and banks do not operate so quickly.
I did and said no refunds. Well they charged me for a whole year and thought that it was the monthly plan. If I go in and change it to monthly plan now will they refund the yearly amount I already paid or not and charge me monthly too. I scared to do anything now. Lol
I think you should use the 'report a problem' link I gave you in my first post. From here, we cannot organise anything for you.
We are volunteers and have no access to people's accounts. We can only advise the route to take to solve your problem.
I just did it if I cancel the subscription now will I be refunded and if so how long does it take to get it ?
