My wallet looks very different and I cannot add cards

My wallet looks very different and I cannot add cards - it looks different, even to phones of my friends who have the same iPhone.

I was able to fix the above problem:

Why do I not have a + sign and how can I add cards? I just deleted my iPhone and restored to factory settings five minutes ago. That is not pleasure... but I thought this would solve most of my issues with iCloud and Wallet and all that.

Apple Wallet I can not add any card or ticket to my Wallet App, and I’ve been struggling with this issue for a while… I completely deleted the data from my previous iPhone and it helped the Wallet to be depicted normally, with a “+” button for adding a new card. I can't add a card on my Wallet I have an iPhone 7. I cannot add a credit card to the Wallet. When I click "+" to add a card I get a messagge: "to add cards, keys or tickets to a Wallet, look for the button "Add to Wallet" in app, e-mail and websites" and I cannot go on. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
