Can my iphone be linked to two itunes?

I recently took on a second hand iphone 6s and it’s all set up and it’s in my own devices if i check on itunes. Is it possible that the previous owner still has it in their devices? I dont want them being able to see any of my details.

An iPhone can only be connected to one Apple ID for iCloud at a time. If you're signed into your ID for iCloud then any information you enter into the device that is shared will only be available to you.

Here is what the previous owner should have done before passing on the device. What to do before you sell or give away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
