Question: report a pblem confusion

So I haven’t been able to download anything on my App Store because it says I have a billing problem. I don’t know how it works, does the money immediately go out of your account, because the debit card is use it’s not possible to go over. So none of this makes sense to me, I understand some transactions take longer to come out, it will tell me what’s actually available. I went to report a problem on Apple ID and then to invoices, tha app says pending and I honestly don’t know why. Is this an error? Does Apple give you the app even when there’s no enough in your account or something (btw there was enough)

If you have a receipt that is directly connected to your question here, on that receipt is an invitation to report a problem. Report what you say here are your problems (but do try to make the individual parts clearer).


Separate each question as a new paragraph.


Payment due timing. Pending orders. Actual purchase/payment time scale etc.
