Airport Time Capsule - no internet, want wireless backups and file sharing

Devices - Airport Time Capsule, iPhone , iPad, iPad Pro, Dell PC (which I soon will replace with a Mac mini), two brother wireless printers

Settings - I do not have internet connection!!!, and I don’t want access outside of home

Question - I would like to wirelessly connect within a local network all devices to the Time Capsule for scheduled backups of each device, file sharing of Archived files/data ‘pushed‘ onto the Time Capsule, and connecting to printers

Please help with settings

Can airport time capsule be used for something else besides a router I had to purchase a new router because it just seemed like my time capsule was not compatible with my modem. I tried my internet providers router they recommended which is a NETGEAR and my internet was substantially faster so i opted to get a new Netgear Nighthawk router. I don't have an external hard drive so I'm wondering if i can use it for that and or as another wireless router. My printer doesnt seem to like the NETGEAR router nor do most of my apple products. I was in fact so frustrated with trying to set up the Netgear that i went back to my Apple expecting to return it but they wouldn't take it back so now i am stuck with it. Anyway long story short could i use my time capsule as a second wireless router on like my first floor and/or as an external back up. Thank you

New Network and Time Capsule backups I have installed Nest video cameras around my home, and exceeded the range of my "last available" Time Capsule unit from Apple. As a result, I got "first available" Nest Wifi Pro units to expand my network and they work exceptional. However, I want to install the Time Capsule as a backup drive to the WiFi Pro units so my family can rest assured that our computers are being kept backed up. Each of the new mesh units has an Ethernet port on them, do I simply connect the Time Capsule? Bob Timmons gave an answer to a similar question a couple years back that suggested it was possible at that time.

Unwiring a Time Capsule I have a trusted old Time Capsule (1TB) which has been retired from server/repeater duties. I now use it only as a wireless backup drive and as a printer server (connected to a non-AirPrint printer). Since the WAN connection is taking up a valuable port on my switch, I wish to take it off the wired network and connect to it only wirelessly. Presently Network Mode is set to Off, and Router Mode to Off (Bridge Mode). I tried to simply unplug the ethernet cord, but obviously the TC goes offline. I understand that I have to re-configure, and would appreciate guidance on what changes are required. The LAN part of my network is handled by a Google Wi-Fi mesh, so I guess I need to set up a connection to the wireless network without creating a further network. Thank you for your time and, hopefully, advice.
