My mobile data keeps going off for snapchat please help

Please my mobile data for snapchat keeps going of on its own and i cant connect to the internet unless over wifi. i have unins and reinstalled the app and i have also reset my network settings and my phone but the problem still persists

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 11.2.6

My cellular data in settings is switched off for snapchat, but when I switch it back on and leave the settings app it automatically switches off again? Snapchat internet I have an iPhone Xs and I’ve realised as soon as I got it, my mobile data doesn’t work on Snapchat. I used the same SIM card from my previous samsung phone and it worked on that one. I have even enabled Snapchat in the Mobile Data Settings and I only receive messages, notifications and watch stories BUT I can’t send messages. How can I fix this?
