Mac Stalled While reinstalling Yosemite

Tried to reset Factory Settings. While reinstalling Yosemite Mac stalled for hours, showing: Setting Up Your Mac. It is still stalled. What should I do?

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

MacBook Pro stuck in "Setting up Your Mac" After being stuck on “setting up your Mac” screen, I powered the machine off—as seen in many fix recommendations. After turning the machine back on, it returned to the macOS Utilities screen. Can anyone advise if I should continue with the set-up process again or of a different solution? Thanks!

iMac stuck in setup My new iMac is stuck in setup for 2 hours after giving my Apple ID. I shut off the power and unplugged the power cord. Turned it back on and it finished loading. But it doesn’t go further.
