unable to activate my iphone 6

i cannot activate my iphone ... i cannot connect it any wifi network or my cellular data also i don't why
it's also unable to connect it to itunes
This message appears to me when i connect it to itunes

( Itunes could not connect to this Iphone .... unknown error Ex8000015)

What can i do please ?
