Hello DV-DEzernat,
Thanks for using Apple Communities.
Some profiles are known for modificate the usual operation of the software. So before intalling a Profile, make sure you know all about its functionality. You can try some simple steps for removing the profile, as reset all Settings, and if it doesn't work, Erase all content and data. If still the profile is rooted on you device, you should reset it under DFU mode (you can learn more about Recovery mode and DFU mode in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263
If your profile installed change the firmware of the iOS, it won't work even if you try to reset it under recovery mode (with iTunes). For example: Some profiles are developed for make from an iPhone a sample test one, for placing on sale demonstration.
So if the profile made your iPhone unusable, contact the profile developer for understanding how it changes the software operation, and how to revert that.
With regards, Alefe ****
