Yamaha Studio Manager and 01v96 Editor - How to install

Under macOS 10.13.3 I couldn't get the 01v96 editor running within Studio Manager. Following the post Re: Yamaha Studio Manager with El Captain

I finally could get the 01v96 editor running:

1. Disable SIP

2. Reinstall Studio Manager and editors

3. Run Studio Manager and activate editors

4. Re-Enable SIP

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)
