iTunes says i have to wait 90 days to play music on my laptop

What could be the reason for me being told that another id is on my machine and will not play my music..This is really ridiculous. My library is all loaded up, but will not play

You did one of these things using a different Apple ID.

I never get this message with my other phones, iPads, Windows PC. Is it because some of these are purchased songs I have on my playlist mixed with tunes I added from Apple Music, all in my icloud libary? I have always had the same itunes/Music user id for my computer, but now I am getting this error for certain songs. The only way I can play then is opening the shared library of another computer that has itunes or Apple Music open. I am not transferring any other itunes/Music Apple ID's so I don't quite see what the problem is. Upgradd from a 2013 iMac to a 2017. so I can get past Catalina to Big Sur., and this is the problem I am getting.

Can not play songs on Computer I deleted a playlist and Itunes put those songs in the cloud. and I can not do anything with them. I get the message box: This computer is already associated with an Apple ID You can download past purchases with just one apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 26 days. Any ideas?

Annoying message in Apple Music When I log into my account information in Apple Music, I have this message: You have 1 items awaiting download. Download Now (when I click the down now, it turns blue then nothing happens) Once downloaded this computer, these items can be playing with iTunes or synced to any device you own. You may also be able to download these items again from Purchased inside iTunes on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or computer. I have checked my purchased items and have nothing awaiting download. Please could you help me get rid of this message.
