Anyone else delete music app and still have it show on lock screen?

I have tried everything suggested, finally to delete the app completely and it still shows up on the lock screen. So annoying.

How to I delete the music app from the Lock Screen? I’m running iOS 15.4.1. on a iPhone 10. About a week ago, the Music app started to appear on the Lock Screen. I deleted the Music widget, but that did no solve the issue. I have no idea what to do.

Edit Lock Screen I used to have music app preview on my Lock Screen when listening to music. Once I closed the app / deleted it from the history, it would also disappear from my Lock Screen. But since the last few months I can’t figure out how to remove it from my Lock Screen. And it ennoys me a lot as at my work people can see the music app open on my locked phone and they could think I’m listening to music while at work. Ive tried to check settings in several topics (Lock Screen, widgets, music App, edit Home Screen...) but can’t find where to remove it. Does anyone know please?

Music App RE: Made For You Not Working One of the new features in iOS 14.5 in the Music app is the ability to add the "Made For You" playlists to list of options under Library but it's not sticking around for me. When I click the "Edit" button in the top right corner I can see that "Made For You" is selected but when I click "Done" it seemingly folds behind the other deselected options. I've tried deselecting and selecting it again, force quitting the app, force quitting the app and rebooting; nothing's working. It's hardly the worst issue but it's frustrating that it just doesn't work as intended. The only thing left I can think to do is delete the app and hope that resolves it but I don't want to go through the trouble of having to re-download all of the music/playlists I have saved and I'd hate for that to be the solution if another feature comes out in the future that forces me to delete the app every time.
