Invalid payments

When I try to update my payment in my settings it says invalid payment and I have already called my bank and they said my card was fine

Your bank saying the 'card was find' doesn't necessarily mean that it will work iTunes. Have you tried seeing if you can remove the card, and if you can exiting the payment details screen and the re-entering the card's details from scratch ? Or if you do the get the 'none' option you should then be able to download app updates. Changing/removing payment details : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support


For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you are (and therefore the country which is on your iTunes account).
